Im not sure of the metric measurements but should should be able to convert these..

Exterior doors are 80″ (6′-8″) tall, and normally 36″ wide on residental houses.

Interior doors are the same heigh but can be down to 24 or 28″ wide, but a typical i think is 30″

Height above ground depends how many courses of CMU or blocks you have exposed, but a typical dim, inside the house is 44″ I believe to the bottom of the window sill.

Windows widths arent typical, look up Anderson or Peachtree windows, you can see their sizes, thats more up to the designer.

Most ceilings inside at 96″ (8′) tall

The problem you have is that there is no set dimentions for any of those items. there are conventions but all vary with the period the house was built in and the company buildin it.

Doors and windows are custom to the project but for stnandrd sizes look here

and windows for some more common sizes

the typical ceiling height for a mordern house is about 2.4m

Thats about all I can give you!
